I had a unit here for a little over a year. The woman at the desk is very kind and helpful. The space itself was immaculate. Loading and unloading was very easy. The only thing I didn't love was that I almost always missed the turn in, partially because of the sign placement - but also because I have no sense of direction/location. If I need a storage unit in the future this is the first place I'm looking.

I used two units in this facility for two years and was extremely pleased with the customer service, convenience of the location, building maintenance, & security. I highly recommend this business.

Moved to Augusta from out of state for work and had to downsize a lot to a smaller apartment for a year and needed a small unit where I could trust my belongings would be safe and secure and not get damaged by the weather. Amazing quality temperature controlled storage units for a great price. Sandy and the crew were very welcoming and always would answer back quickly with any questions/concerns I might have had. The unit came with 3 pallets to put stuff off of the ground which was something I hadn’t even thought of when moving in but was another reason they are the best storage unit around the Augusta area. They think of things you might not think of and have that included. Security for me was a big concern for my stuff, and never once was I concerned about my things. Multiple gates/keypads and a secure lock that can’t be tampered with from the outside. I really just wanted to thank Sandy and the crew for keeping all of our stuff safe and secure and the way we left it for the time it was there. To any folks needing a place to store items even for a few months or just some extra stuff around the house needing to be cleared out for a bit or going through a move, trust me that the units here are the best in town and you shouldn’t even hesitate about signing anywhere else if you’re looking around the market for one!
